2.1 Contact form

When you fill in the contact form on the site we collect the following data: full name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional) and message.

This data is processed exclusively to respond to your request and, where necessary, to manage the pre-contractual or contractual relationship that follows. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

2.2 Browsing data (analytics cookies)

Subject to explicit consent, we use the following analytics services:

• Vercel Analytics — collects anonymous data on pages visited, approximate geographic origin and device type. It does not use identifying cookies and is GDPR-compliant by design.
• Vercel Speed Insights — collects page performance metrics (Core Web Vitals). Data is aggregated and anonymous.

The legal basis for processing analytics data is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner on the site.

Data collected through the contact form is transmitted via the Resend service (Resend Inc., USA) solely for the purpose of delivering your enquiry to our inbox. Resend acts as a data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and ensures an adequate level of protection.

Analytics data is processed by Vercel Inc. (USA), which provides adequate safeguards through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.

Data is never sold, assigned or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Contact form data: retained for 12 months from receipt, unless required to manage any contractual relationship.
• Analytics data: retained by Vercel according to their own retention policies (typically 30–90 days in aggregate form).
